What this page is
These terms govern access to peakure.com. They are general terms, not legal advice. Review by counsel is pending, and this page will be updated when that review is complete.

Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms and to the laws that apply to your use of it. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business information and to contact us. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on it.
This site is not an offer
Pages describing our work, prices, and timelines are information, not a binding offer. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, and nothing here is financial, accounting, or legal advice.
Engagement terms
Client work is governed by a separate written statement of work agreed before the engagement starts. It sets the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and what is excluded. Our standard structure is a deposit before work begins, milestone invoices, and two revision rounds per phase; anything outside the agreed scope is handled as a written change order. Where the statement of work and this page differ, the statement of work governs.
Intellectual property
Website copy, marks, interface elements, and original materials belong to Peakure LLC or their respective licensors. Accessing the website grants you no rights in them beyond viewing the pages. Rights in client deliverables are set by the statement of work for that engagement.
Third-party links
The website links to services we use, including our scheduling page, and to external sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or terms.
No warranties
The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, or that every item of information is complete, current, or suitable for a specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peakure LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We update these terms when our services or obligations change. The date above shows the most recent revision.
